Artwork Requirements

Custom Printed Envelopes

Envelopes Printed 4 Less accepts print-ready files in the following formats:

.PDF, .EPS, .PSD, .TIFF

We prefer files created in Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe Illustrator®, or Adobe InDesign®.

Accepted File Guidelines:

• High-resolution files at 300 dpi minimum
• Embed all fonts and images
• Use Pantone® Uncoated colors when possible
• CMYK color mode for full color work
• Vector files preferred (.EPS or .AI) with fonts outlined
• Layers should be left intact when possible

Important Notes:

• We do NOT accept Microsoft Word or Publisher files
• .JPG and .GIF files are not recommended (low resolution)
• Converting low-resolution (72 dpi) files to 300 dpi is not acceptable
• Only minor edits are made free of charge
